The annual award recognises local authorities who are investing in the ‘joy, excitement and life-enriching quality of the arts’. At Wordpool HQ, we understand the importance of the arts for our communities and making arts accessible to everyone. Wordpool Festival has been a very important in conveying this message over the past 10 years.
We’re now in our 11th year and our festival now has four micro-festivals across the year which gives us a larger platform to nurture a greater love of arts and libraries in our area.
